Before you write
Which joint size do I need?
Check the joint on your water pipe, then pick the opposite gender in the same size. 10 mm outsells 14 mm about ten to one here. Smaller is baller. The fit finder on the homepage does this for you.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed by noon Pacific time, Monday to Friday, usually ship the same day.
Can I return something?
See our shipping and returns policy, or send us a message with your order number.
