Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date it was received.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging.

Items Not Eligible for Returns:

  • Used items are not eligible for return or refund.

Sale Items:

  • Sale items may be returned and refunded at the sale price only.

How to Return Your Item

  1. Contact our customer support at questions@highlyeducatedti.com for return instructions and address.

  2. Send your item back in its original packaging.

Note:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Upon receipt of your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days. Processing times depend on your card issuer's policies.

Missing Package Policy

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

Step 1: Verify Delivery

  • Check the delivery address from your order confirmation.

  • Look around your premises (porch, mailbox, side doors).

  • Ask neighbors or your building management office.

Step 2: Wait 24–48 Hours

  • Sometimes packages are marked delivered prematurely.

Step 3: Contact Carrier

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

Step 4: Contact Customer Service

  • If your package is still missing after 48 hours, reach out to us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

  • Provide your order number, tracking information, and carrier communications.

Resolution:

  • We will investigate and respond within 2 business days.

  • Resolutions depend on the investigation's outcome.

Important Notes:

  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

  • Claims made after 7 days from delivery confirmation may not be eligible for resolution.

  • Frequent missing package claims may lead to restrictions on future orders.
