How an account opens
Apply
Apply on the wholesale portal with your storefront address, resale certificate and website.
Get approved
We verify the shop and may ask for a business license. Approved accounts get a portal login.
Place a first order
Order in the portal and pay before shipment. Your account's opening order minimum is shown in the portal after approval.
Reorder anytime
Your pricing, order history and invoices live in the portal. Limited releases are allocated to accounts.

A summary of our current wholesale agreement. The signed agreement governs, and terms can change per account.
- Who qualifies
Shops with an active brick-and-mortar storefront. Online-only sellers need written approval.
- Payment
Paid in full before shipment. Credit terms are available by written approval only.
- Advertised pricing
A minimum advertised price policy applies to advertised prices. What you charge at the register is up to you.
- Where you can sell
Your approved storefront and website. No Amazon, eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop or similar marketplaces, and no dropshipping without approval.
- Shipping
Buyer pays shipping and insurance to a commercial address. Report shortages within 7 days of delivery.

Wholesale pricing is confidential and shown in the portal after approval.
Wholesale questions
Do I need a physical store?
Yes, in most cases. Accounts need an active brick-and-mortar storefront. Online-only retailers and distributors can apply, but need written approval before ordering.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Opening and reorder minimums are shown in the portal after approval.
Can I sell Highly Educated on Amazon or eBay?
No. Third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, Etsy and TikTok Shop are not approved channels unless we agree in writing.
What if an order arrives short?
Send us the order number and a photo of the packing slip within 7 calendar days of delivery, and we'll make it right.
How are limited releases like MAX2 allocated?
Numbered and limited products are allocated to accounts at our discretion, including the selection method and order limits for each release.
